Associates at the firm have a 1,200-hour billable goal each year, and while their starting salaries are lower than that of Biglaw associates, they’re able to make up the difference through bonuses. For every hour billed over CEC’s 1,200-hour goal, associates will receive a bonus, on top of origination credit for new business.
