Nothing like an end-of-day raise/bonus announcement to put some pep in the step of associates! This time the good news comes from O’Melveny & Myers, a firm that took in $1,024,780,000 in gross revenue last year, making it 50th on the AmLaw 100 ranking.
Earlier today, via a voicemail (how quaint!) from partner Marc Pensabene, O’Melveny announced that they too are ponying up the big bucks for associates (and counsel). The new compensation scale at OMM is as follows:

| 2nd Year Associates | $235,000 |
| 3rd Year Associates | $260,000 |
| 4th Year Associates | $310,000 |
| 5th Year Associates | $365,000 |
| 1st Year Counsel | $390,000 |
| 2nd Year Counsel | $420,000 |
| 3rd Year Counsel | $435,000 |
And as for bonuses, well, yeah they’re matching the prevailing rate there as well.

| Class of 2020 | $57,500 |
| Class of 2019 | $75,000 |
| Class of 2018 | $90,000 |
