Spring is officially here, and Biglaw salary increases keep budding up at firms across the country. There are just a few Am Law top 50 firms that have yet to match the new market salary scale (more on that to come), but one by one, slowly but surely, they’re making salary moves to remain viable as competition to attract and retain associates in this hot lateral market. Which firm is up next in this financial beauty pageant?

It’s Perkins Coie, a firm that brought in $1,001,498,000 gross revenue in 2020, which helped it to land at No. 42 in the most recent Am Law 100 ranking. The Seattle-based firm let associates and counsel know on Friday that salary increases would soon be arriving soon. This is what the new salary scale looks like at the firm’s major-market offices:

Perkins Coie Raise 2022 Scale

Perkins Coie associates will see their raises reflected in their March paychecks, retroactive to January 1. Congratulations to everyone at the firm!

(Flip to the next page to see the full memo from Perkins Coie.)

Remember everyone, we depend on your tips to stay on top of this stuff. So when your firm matches, please text us (646-820-8477) or email us (subject line: “[Firm Name] Matches Cravath”). Please include the memo if available. You can take a photo of the memo and send it via text or email if you don’t want to forward the original PDF or Word file.

And if you’d like to sign up for ATL’s Bonus Alerts (which is the alert list we’ll also use for salary announcements), please scroll down and enter your email address in the box below this post.
