This list may be alphabetized, but there’s no doubt in our minds that Cravath was the most searched firm in 2023 thanks to the new Biglaw salary scale. The top of the Biglaw market quickly fell in line after Cravath gave the new $225K scale its official seal of approval, with some extra cash for midlevel and senior associates.
