— Legal consultant Jordan Furlong of Law21, in response to a question of whether in-house clients care if their outside counsel work in an office during Law.com’s recent #IsTheCommuteWorthIt Twitter chat. Furlong elaborated, stating where the work is done really doesn’t matter, because “in-house counsel care about results, costs, reliability, business/industry awareness, ease of communication, and DEI, in approximately that order.”
